Women's Dale of Norway Sweaters are very important part of Dale of Norway's production line which has expanded significantly over the past several years. Made out of pure wool from Norway and New Zealand, these sweaters--some of them still handmade--are as stylish as they are functional.

Besides the unisex collection of sweaters that Dale of Norway makes and that can certainly be worn be women, there is a specific women's collection tailored to active outdoor women. These sweaters are usually made of thinner wool yarn and have more feminine cut to accommodate different needs women have. In other words, these are not men's wool sweaters cut smaller and in feminine colors. Furthermore, there is a specific heritage style category in women's collection that was designed with style in mind. Many traditional Norwegian patterns appear in this collection and there are many new details such as pewter clasps and yarn matching zippers.
